At the moment, you can expect faster replies during the following hours:

Tuesday: 8 am to 2 pm
Wednesday: 10 am to 2 pm
Thursday: 8 am to 2 pm
Friday: 8 am to 2 pm
You may still receive replies outside these hours but they made be sporadic.
Important reminders
- include your name, phone number and specific details about your issue (who, what, where, when, why).
- be patient whilst waiting for a reply (we are a small Australia-based team and whilst we do our best to reply straight away, sometimes it can take a while).
